I owed the state money and set a date for it to be taken out my account in april but the money has been taken out earlier and I need to know how to fix this

Once filed and they have taken the money , you would need to contact the state you filed through at whatever state name is , dot.gov and click contact us and find a telephone to call them and see if they will refund until the date you requested, sorry that happened , once filed its between you and that state.
