I noticed in the app under my federal return it gives an estimated date I’ll receive my refund. Where do they get that date because I fall under PATH and they have the 11

It say’s estimated date for the 11th and PATH doesn’t lift till the 15th. Is it possible I’ll get my money that day? I filed on 1/19 accepted 1/20 and an as of date of 2/13.

No you will not get your refund early. The date you are seeing on TurboTax was only an estimate. Only the IRS controls your refund.

If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund earlier than late February.

@xmasbaby is correct. Use the IRS app Where's My Refund? The IRS is the one sending refunds, not TurboTax. They can give you the most up-to-date info.
