I never recieved my tax refund in 2019 and the stimulous checks 1200 , 600 1400 and with covid no one is answering as to why?

2. To track down the 2019 refund, you will need to check with the IRS. 

• First, try, viewing your account:  IRS View Your Tax Account.
• Second, if there is any refund offset involved, you will need to contact them here: Treasury Offset Program & Debt Management Services

3. Regarding the stimulus payments, the first and second stimulus payments are reported on the 2020 tax return by filing the Recovery Rebate Credit. To do this in TurboTax, follow these steps:

1. Go to the search box and enter stimulus. Click the Jump to link.
2. Answer Yes.
3. At the next screen, Let's double-check the amount you received, answer No to edit the first-round and second-round amounts.
4. If no stimulus amount was received, enter 0. An amount must be entered in each box. When finished, click Continue.
