I never received my 2018 tax refund for $44 because the bank I was using closed my account. I also don’t live at the NC address filed. What is the number I should call?

I lived in North Carolina for 2018 but moved back to New Jersey at the end of 2018 so the address is different. Also, the bank I used for my direct deposit closed the account I had so I never received my refund.

Are you referring to your federal refund or your state refund?

Federal. State was $2 and they didn’t count it.

I just received it in the mail without calling. For this year’s return, I was able to update my address so I think they used that information to send it to me. Thanks for all of your help you guys.
