If you didn't get the first or second Stimulus payments or qualify for more it should be on your 2020 tax return. Check 1040 line 30. Anything there?

now that you have filed, if line 30 is empty you will not get EIP1 or EIP2.

File form 1040 with the amount you did not get on line 30.

That is the only way.
