I never filed my 2017 Oregon tax return. Can I still use Turbo Tax? I completed and filed the federal tax return.

Preparing a 2017 state return will require the use of desktop software for 2017, which must be downloaded to a full PC or Mac.  You will have to print, sign and mail your 2017 state return.  It cannot be e-filed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
