I need to update bank info For the upcoming child tax credit and I’ve already filed taxes this year. How do i do this?!

You do not do it via TurboTax. The only time you can change banking information by using TT is when you are filing a tax return and entering your banking information to get your refund. TurboTax does not act as a portal to give banking information to the IRS at other times. There will be more information coming from the IRS about the child tax credit payments so wait for that information from the IRS.
