You don't have to do anything. It will not get filed unless you go back to it and complete the filing process.
If your only income was Social Security disability, you are not required to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance. You can simply abandon your TT account or you can try to clear it out if you have not gone too far. Nothing will happen with the return you started to prepare. No one else can file it--only the user can file it, so if you do not file it, it does nothing.
If you have not registered, paid or e-filed you can clear and start over (or just clear it and do NOT "start over")
