You do not need to print and mail a Florida state tax return since Florida does not have an individual income tax. The Florida return is only for owners of Florida-located businesses and rental property with assets to report.
Choose Skip State in the State Taxes section (see screenshot).

If you are unable to delete the Florida return, you can simply ignore it (do not print and mail the return).
