i need to know how to change my bank information to my new bank information My old bank account information is closed

For your 2020 return, you can change your banking information when you go through the steps to file your return.  When you choose to receive your refund by direct deposit, you can then change your banking information.

You cannot change banking information for your 2019 return. Since your bank account is closed, you will automatically switched to receiving a check in the mail.
