We do not understand what you mean by "W-2 withholding 1099" Please explain.

If you are entering a 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC and want to bypass the FICA (Self-Employment) tax that that is similar to the FICA tax withheld on a W-2, please tell us if you have a 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC and what the income was for.

1099-NEC is for Non-Employee Compensation and is treaded as Self-Employment.

Income on a 1099-MISC could be some other type of income.
