If you used the non-filers website to register for the stimulus and now need to file a 2019 tax return, see this TurboTax support FAQ for how to proceed - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/stimulus-how-to-file-your-return-after-getting-rej...
You do NOT amend a tax return that has never been filed.
I don't need to amend no return. I didn't even file. I'm talking about my stimulus papers. Could I have a representative call me to help me change my account information on my stimulus papers that I filled with you guys. I close the account that I have on file and i need to change it before they decide to give us another stimulus package.
Rep please
Can i please speak with a real person
I am getting so mad right now! 😡👺 I would like to speak with a representative if possible.
@ABullard71_ No one can call you from the user forum.
Not sure what account you say you closed. Do you mean a bank account? If your stimulus money is sent to a closed bank account, the bank will send it back to the IRS and then the IRS will mail you a check to the address that they have on record. And....Congress has not voted for a second stimulus check.
If and when there is a second stimulus check ---changing your information with TurboTax would be irrelevant. Your stimulus check is not channeled through TT. If they vote for a second stimulus then we can all hope that there will be guidelines from the IRS for all the people who have changed banking information to use.

No one can call you from this TurboTax user community forum. The IRS controls how a stimulus payment is distributed. TurboTax has no way for you to update your bank information for a stimulus payment.
If the Congress ever passes and the President signs legislation for a second stimulus payment, the IRS will provide a way to enter bank information for those who have not filed a tax return or need to change bank information.
