I need to file an amendment to my 2019 taxes - but I can only access a pdf from turbotax of that document. Can't I file a 1040X electronically? If so, how?

I tried the Tax Home link - nothing. I tried the Documents link - and was only able to access the 2019 PDF version of my return - there was no option to file an amended return. I filed it a year ago - and the IRS processed it long ago. Not sure where the hang up is.

IRS says

e-File of 1040-X is available for 2019 and 2020 returns,

but this probably means e-File was available for 2019

and will be available for 2020.

The only way this could work is if you open the 2019 return in TurboTax 2019 CD/download program.
