I need to efile my 2017 taxes so i can get transcripts for 2017 before april 29th. Is that possible?

You cannot e-file a prior year return with TurboTax, a return must be mailed in.  No one can say if you can get a transcript before April 29th, but when you mail in a return, it can take 3 to 4 weeks to show on the IRS website.
