I need to download my 1040 but I can only see my 1040X on my account. Where can I find my 1040? Before I got it amended. This is for 2016

When you amend the return, it updates the Form 1040 to reflect the Form 1040X changes.  TurboTax doesn't store a copy of your original Form 1040 pre-amendment.

If you need numbers off of your original Form 1040, you can request a Tax Return Transcript from the IRS.  This particular transcript will show your original Form 1040 numbers - not any changes made later.
