As long as you have not yet e-filed your tax return then you can. Please see the following TurboTax FAQ:

If you transferred in information from your 2015 tax return, you may be shown the same bank information that was used last year to have your refund direct deposited.

Workaround

If you want to change or edit the banking information that is shown, make sure that the box stating "I want my refund deposited into this account" is unchecked.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Continue.

You will be taken to a new screen titled, "Let's get your bank account info".

This will allow you to enter the new or updated banking information that is to be used for your 2016 direct deposit.

Unfortunately, if you have already e-filed your return, then you will have to wait to see if you return is accepted or reject. If rejected, you can follow the steps above and update the information. If your return is accepted, you would not be able to change the information. Once accepted if the IRS is unable to deposit the refund into the bank account provided you would then receive a paper check in the mail. If your return is accepted, you may be able to try calling the IRS e-file payment services at 1-888-353-4537 for help in updating the banking information.
