We cannot see your screen or your return. We do not know if you owe or if you should be getting a refund. Check all of the amounts that you entered. Make sure you did not have typos, add zeros or misplace any decimals anywhere.

As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered your product, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. If you have done any of these things, you'll need to manually edit your return. Please see the information in this TurboTax FAQ here for assistance with how to clear and start over.
