No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
But if you already went to the end and submitted your return it's too late to cancel or get a refund. You have to wait and see if it gets accepted when the IRS opens on Feb 12. And if you already paid for the Online version they don't give refunds since you don't have to pay until you file. By paying it means you are satisfied and took advantage of the services, even if you just printed it out and didn't file.
