@DoodleButts2020 We do not what services you are unhappy with since you have not given any details.   If you prepared and filed a tax return you will not get a refund of your TurboTax fees, even if you are unhappy about how long it may be taking for you to get an income tax refund.  But  as stated, you can have that discussion with customer support.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
