I need to amend my taxes.

The amendment form (1040-X for Federal) will not be available until 2/22/2019 (subject to change). Amended returns must be mailed. The IRS states you should wait until your original return is fully processed before you amend your return. Once the amendment form becomes available you will be able to go through the amendment interview.
