I need to amend my return, but it does is not showing the option to do so. I have received both my federal and state refunds already. What do I need to do?

Please see the TurboTax Help articles listed below for assistance in filing an amended return.  Keep in mind, though, there’s no need to amend your federal return to update your unemployment income—the IRS announced that they will automatically adjust your return and send any additional refund amount directly to you.

what you need to do.

make sure your turbotax return reflects exactly what you -e-Filed, before you press the AMEND button.
