I need to Amend my 2023 state taxes and I can't figure out how. Can anyone help me?

Do NOT amend any 2023 return until the original return has been fully processed and you have the original refund in hand or have paid the original balance due.  The amendment process will not even be available until mid to late February at best so don't be in a rush.
