You cannot amend a 2017 return online with TurboTax.  If you the TurboTax for your 2017 return you can download the amendment software, to install on your computer.  Amended return must be mailed.

If you did not use TurboTax for your 2017 return, you can go to the IRS website & your States website for amendment forms, to manually amend your return.
