I need to amend a 2016 1120S that I prepared using Turbo Tax business software

The process is exactly the same as that used by the TurboTax "personal tax" products.

Start up TurboTax Business and on the splash screen click on "Amend a Tax Return", then select the income tax return that needs amending.  You'll be place on a page titled "Filing an Amended Return" and you'll be asked if you want to amend.  Answer "Yes" and follow the interview.
