Scroll down to the section titled I can't access my Refund Advance temporary card in the following TurboTax FAQ:  About the Refund Advance temporary card - Community  There is a contact number to reach a telephone support agent for further assistance.

The automated number is useless if you have gotten a card in the past when filing......

@rickandlori123 If you are needing assistance with your Turbo Visa card that was issued to you last year, try looking on the back of your card for a contact number or visit: https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/help-faq-s

Actually, I have no issues with the one from last year.... when I did my refund advance this year they told me it had to be on a new card. After I submitted it, it was approved within the hour and the new cards temporary numbers were sent to a old email that I don't have access to anymore. Now the only answer any of support will give me is wait for the real cards to come in 5-10 days they can't resend the email.....  however I know this is not the case because I reach the agent last year with the same exact issue and she was able to resend the email
