The IRS and Turbo Tax only keeps the last 7 years.  You can try......

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2023 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2023. I had to go though about 12 screens.

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online. So you need to make and keep your own backups.

I Don't think you'll be able to get 2015, even when following the TTX FAQ directions link posted by @VolvoGirl  above:

Since TTX eliminates one year from their archive of documents every year, you REALLY MUST download a PDF for every prior year in your account NOW....and back them up to a USB flash drive too (since computers crash)  Then you won't be left hanging in the future.

I suspect that the only "Online" software's PDF files available now, would likely be either 2017 or 2018....and the years forward to 2023. 

(I was able to download a 2017 PDF, but not 2016, in January of 2024. Don't know if 2017 has been taken down since then or not)
