The IRS Form 1040 for tax year 2018 is two half pages. When the Form 1040 is formatted for printing the two halves are combined onto one page. There are no longer IRS Forms 1040A or 1040EZ. There are 6 new supporting schedules for the Form 1040, Schedule 1 thru Schedule 6.
