TurboTax never knows if you received your refund. TT gets no information after you file your tax return. Your "proof" that you received your refund will be in your own bank account or you can check your IRS online account to see what it says.

Your refund amount will be shown on line 35a of your Form 1040. TT will never know if the refund was issued to you.
You have to access your own account and/orprint it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2024 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
