I need my 2020 documents was able to get 2019,2021,2022 downloaded for my lawyer but 2020 is not letting me.

If your 2020 return is simply not showing up, make sure you do not have another account that you might have used to prepare your 2020 tax return. You can refer to this link to review the accounts under you name.

Also, if by any chance you happened to prepare 2020 in the desktop product (CD/download), it will not be in an Online TurboTax account.

I am unable to download a PDF version of my prior year returns for some reason. There is no option. I need 2019 and 2020. How can I solve this problem?
