How was your 2019 return prepared--in Online TurboTax or the desktop software?

If prepared in Online TurboTax, what/where is the roadblock?  Are you not finding it in your account? 

Log into your account, and at the Tax Home, scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents."  Expand that section and choose tax year 2019.  Then one of the links should be to download the tax data file.

If you do that, but can't find evidence of a 2019 return there, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
