Did you already prepare a 2021 return and are you trying to find the pdf that you saved?    Or have you not prepared a 2021 return yet, and need to prepare one?

it's not clear exactly what you want to do. Only you can access your 2021 return by logging into your account. If your Turbotax fees have been paid you can open the return in the Turbotax app and save the return as a PDF file. To read a PDF file a PDF app is required. You need a printer to print it out so it can be mailed. 2021 can no longer be e-filed.
