I need a receipt showing tax refund minus turbo tax fee

I have to provide to FHA Loan the proof of why I did not get the total amount of my refund. where do I get that. This is the only thing remaining for closing on new house

Assuming you purchased your product directly from us, you can look up your TurboTax order here. Or look through your inbox for an email with the subject line "Your TurboTax Payment Confirmation" (or similar like "Your Order Confirmation").

If you used TurboTax Online, you can find your order number by doing this:

1. Sign in (if you're not already signed in).
2. Go to your Tax Home, if you're not already on it, by selecting Tax Home from the menu on the left side of your screen (on mobile devices, tap in the upper left corner to open the menu).
3. Select Show to expand Your Tax Returns and Documents, and then select View order details.
4. Once you have your order number, look up the details here.
