Only you can get a copy.    You probably have another account.  That's common.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used     https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

Online is only good for 1 return so if you did another return in the same account the first one is gone.

I did both my daughters taxes when I did my returns under the same ID.  I downloaded one to the computer, but forgot to download the other.  It should not be that difficult to find.  This will keep me away for Turbo.  This can cost me thousands of dollars.  It is in your system.  Her name is [Removed]

Sorry but if you did more than one in the same account each new return overwrote the prior one and only the last one done is there.

You can contact the IRS for copies of prior year returns.
