You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2022 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

This is the only account I have. I did the account recovery to get in. I did not remember my password from 2 years ago. I have only used turbo tax once in the year 2020. I have an email stating returns sent 2020 federal personal. Returns submitted March 14, 2021 5:32 pm PDT. I go though all of what you posted, to gain access to my documents. They state I have never submitted a tax return. How do I have an email with proof that I used Turbo tax and when I used it but I go into my documents section and the website says "it looks like you didn't file with us in 2020"...I will never use turbo tax again. I have copies from 2017-2021 but the one year I use turbo tax everything is missing... never again will I use technology to do my taxes I will do it the old fashion way. This is so inconvenient!!

And...despite your belief that you only have one account, we see people all the time who have multiple accounts and forgot they had them. So try the recovery tool again to see if you have another account.
The other thing you can do to get a copy is get a transcript from the IRS or get a copy from the IRS.
You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

Yeah I called customer service. I only have one account, and they show I did file through turbo tax in 2020. They could not find any other info. So I has to do an account recovery and upload my ID and get a case number. Hopefully I will get some info once they figure this out. So you have not been helpful at all especially with assuming I was in the wrong. So despite your belief that everyone you deal with is a *bleep* idiot they are not. You were wrong. This will be my last post and the last time I use this **bleep**e service that was over priced in the first place and obviously a **bleep**e company as they cannot provide me a good answer to my problem and they do not make it easy to access any info you provided to th
