I need a copy of my 2018 and 2019 tax, turbo tax is logging me in straight into processing my taxes and not giving me the option for previous year taxes. Please help

It depends. If you used Turbo Tax in 2018 and 2019 and used the same login information now as you used in 2018 and 2019, you can receive copies of your tax returns in your Turbo Tax program.

1. Log into Turbo Tax
2. When you reach your landing page, select documents on the left hand side of your screen.
3. The next screen will have a view documents dropdown. 
4. Select the drop down and select 2019.
5. If you used this same account to prepare your 2019 return, there will be a Download tax PDF option to select.  You will have the ability to download your 2019 return.
6. Repeat the same step to download your 2018 return.
7. If your tax returns are not available, you may request a transcript from the IRS here.

The only modification I'd make, is that not everyone can see their past tax returns in the "Documents" area (I can't)  so instead, at steps #2-4:

2-4)  Click on TAX HOME in the left menu,  then scroll down and select Your tax returns & documents.

Expand that. then select the year you want....and print/save from the PDF download selection.

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2021 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2021.
