TurboTax software cannot track a mailed tax return.  If you did not mail the tax return using a tracking service then you will have no way to know if the IRS received the tax return.

If your tax return was filed with a tax refund you can check the refund status at this IRS website 4 weeks after the tax return was mailed - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
