I mailed my federal tax refund in on Feb 15th. It is currently 3/31. Still no refund or no history that it showed up on the IRS website. Do I need to send my forms again?

Did you get a USPS Tracking Number when you mailed it?   Per the IRS:

COVID-19 Mail Processing Delays

It’s taking us longer to process mailed documents including:

• Paper tax returns, and
• All tax return related correspondence.

We are processing all mail in the order we received it.

Do not file a second tax return or call the IRS.

Yes if the IRS is not showing receipt of the return, you should mail another copy just to be sure.
