I mailed in my tax return 8 weeks ago and haven't heard from the IRS. What should I do?

I've done'check my refund' to no avail.

Mailed returns take up to 6 months to process.

Even in letting me know it would be recieved..?

It can still take a long time for someone at the IRS to key your paper return into their system, and then for it to show up on WMR.
