I made payment for tax prepared, I didn't file the return yet, I'd like to edit the income. It didn't let me do it. I tried to contact many times, just have auto-reply.

If you had not yet filed your return, you can manually access any section to add additional information or make any corrections.

To do this

• On the left-hand side of your screen, you can access your Menu Bar by clicking the three lines at the top of the screen.
• From here click "Federal"
• Then click on the "Wages & Income" tab
• You can edit any forms already entered or add additional forms in the designated section.
