I made a payment through turbotax to the IRS back in October. I do have a screenshot of it coming out of my checking account. The IRS says they never recieved it.

You need to contact your bank and find out what happened to the payment.

Get proof from the bank---a copy of the cancelled check----and then deal with the IRS. There will be a phone number to call on the letter they sent to you about the tax owed--or that they say you owe.
