I'm trying to send an amended tax reform because my mother was going to claim me on her tax return but I earned too much money so she can't. How do I claim myself?

You will have to amend your return if your first return was filed and accepted by the IRS. But, you should wait until you have at least received your first refund before you amend (this way you don't need to amend a second time if the IRS finds something wrong with your first return). You will need to print out your amended return and physically mail it to the IRS. Any refund will come in the form of a paper check.
To amend your return, you can follow the steps laid out below and also the article below contains the same details with step by step guidance -
- Log into your account
- Click the Amend/Change Link (Your tax returns & documents, select Amend (change) 2017 return)
- You are going to get a few screens asking basic questions like "Do you really need to amend?", etc ... answer these
- You will come to a screen with a landing table with a menu of items you can change. Forms like W2 and 1099R will probably be listed first. Scroll towards the bottom until you get to the My Info section. Click the Edit button next to this section.
- This should bring you to an My Info Summary Page. Click the Edit button (might be a pencil) next to where your name, SSN, DOB all show
- This should bring you to the main Your Info entry screen
- Scroll down to #3 (see screenshot below). You will need to review these questions to change from being claimed as a dependent to not.
- After you make that change, you can hit the Review tab and finish up the amendment (you will get a couple of checks and be prompted to enter why you are amending your return)
- The program will then allow you to print the 1040X form (the amendment) that you can use to mail to the IRS
