i'm trying to pull up last year's tax return and it is not showing any other tax returns on my app it's the same account I only changed my phone number

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

You might have logged  in under a wrong account.  To find the account where your 2024 return is:

1. First, sign out of your account
2. Go to our Let's get you signed in page
3. Enter your email address, phone number, or user ID
4. We'll send a code to either your email address or your phone
5. Enter the code we've sent you
6. We'll show you a list of your accounts. Select the one you want to sign in to.
