I’m trying to finish my returns and get a print out but it’s not letting me go forward because I can’t choose a state . I did not live in US what do I do?

Don't pick Florida, TurboTax does have a tax return for Florida - but as noted, it is not an income tax, but TurboTax will still generate a return for Florida (it's a tax on business assets).
