The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2016.

To complete a 2013 tax return using TurboTax you will need to purchase and download one of the 2013 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/2013/

A tax year 2013 return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

If you want to use the account that you mistakenly started your 2013 tax return on for your 2016 tax return, you can clear & start over and still use it for 2016. Click on My Account then Clear & Start Over.
