See if the suggestions in the TurboTax Help article How do I fix missing screens, buttons, or images in TurboTax Desktop for Windows? will help with your issue.
I have a Mac, so this isn't a Microsoft issue. I am doing an amended return, so it's possible this wasn't tested, but I've come to the same blank screen (completely blank, no back button, no continue button, no nothing). The previous screen allowed me to specify that I needed to enter information for a Bond (among other securities), and the box with "bond" is highlighted. I press on Continue, and get this blank screen. My TurboTax is on the latest updates.
You might try switching to Forms mode to see if the information needed will appear.
Some Mac users are reporting issues with the screen size in certain areas of the program in that the button or information needed is not showing on the screen because it is outside the viewable area.
To adjust the resolution on your screen, you could try the steps on this Apple Support page:
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Displays in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Select the display you want to adjust, then select the resolution you want to use. You may be able to turn on “Show all resolutions” to see additional resolutions for the display.
Depending on how you adjust the resolution, some app windows may not fit entirely on the screen. Using a scaled resolution may affect performance.
In the alternative, you could hook up a separate monitor to your Mac to see if this resolves the issue.
I have exact same problem with my TurboTax 2023 Premier. It only has this problem on the amend; it doesn't have such problem if edit a new file.
Have you resolved this problem yet? If so, can you please advise?
have you resolve the issue yet? it has same problem in my Mac.
Here's the one thing that DID help. I went to Forms mode and put in as much of the information as I could. Then I was able to complete it by going through the normal "app" mode, but it took a couple iterations. Because "some information" was entered via the Forms mode, then the Bond information came up and I was able to finish entering the information. I hope this works for your specific problem.

Thank you for your feedback, and it is very helpful. I switch it "form mode" and then I am able to manually add my 1099-B forms. It takes a bit of practice for how to fill out the forms properly. Finally, I am able to complete the tax return and mail them out today :))
It looks like a bug in the Turbotax software with amend. Hopefully they can fix it in new updates.
