Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
To track your state refund:

You say you are missing "part" of your refund. Federal and state refunds do not arrive at the same time, so you may be waiting for one or the other. Or was your refund offset for some debt owed to the IRS or state? If that is the case, you will receive a letter from the the IRS or state explaining why your refund was reduced. TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund.
I was supposed to get $11,466 back for my federal refund and only received $7,266 where is the rest of my money I’m still missing $4,200 ???? I even waited patiently to see if it was just a mess up but no it’s not I would like the rest of my money and I never received a letter in the mail from the IRS about we’re the rest of my federal refund either!!!!
