I'm missing almost 3k from my refund and when I contacted IRS they informed me nothing was withheld. How can I fix this?

I already followed each step and still haven't received any answers. Like I said, IRS told us we have nothing being withheld. Every time I try to contact a REAL person from turbotax I get automated systems and the same message every single time. This isn't ok.
