I’m getting a letter from ok tax and gat it wasn’t accepted , but turbo tax says it was and I even paid them already. Why?

When TurboTax says your return has been accepted, it means the state tax agency has accepted it for processing. It doesn't mean that it's been processed yet.

Oklahoma may reject your return due to missing documents, math errors, or a need for identity verification.

If the letter you receive asks for documents or additional information, don't ignore it. You must submit them to your state to continue processing.

I called them. I guess turbo tax failed their job. Shame too, I thought this company was going to be a good one.
