The IRS refund site tells you that you should allow up to five days for your refund to post after they issue it.

And are the funds supposed to go directly to your bank (or card) account?   Or did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund?    If you chose to pay fees out of your refund, the refund will go first from the IRS to a third party's bank where the fees are subtracted.   That intermediary bank then sends the rest of the funds to your bank (or card) account.   The company that handles that is SBTPG (Tax Products Group.)
