I'm an F1 student and found out that I can't use Turbo Tax to file my taxes, however I've already paid for the service but haven't filed my taxes yet.

I was hoping I could get a billing correction from Turbo Tax since, I can't file my taxes using the service.

You would need to contact Support by phone to request a refund. Don't say refund in your entry, say billing adjustment or you'll be sent to a site to check the progress of your tax refund. Follow these instructions.

So I went to Jackson Hewitt first they started them. Them but I was unhappy with services so I did them myself how long will it be before I know if there rejected
